Website enquiries

When you request a demo, we collect your name, work email, restaurant name, branch range, optional phone number and message. Active, verified Ding product owners receive the enquiry to respond. Please do not include payment details or sensitive customer information.

Delivery and storage

Enquiries use the existing Ding application hosting and email delivery service. The email queue retains the enquiry and delivery status. The form uses validation, an essential session cookie and abuse controls.

Website measurement

We record aggregate page and button-event counts on our own hosting. Counts contain no names, email addresses, full IP addresses or cross-site tracking identifiers. With your permission, Google Analytics measures website visits and selected interactions, such as trial clicks, WhatsApp clicks and completed demo requests. Google may process device, browser and approximate location information on servers outside the UAE. We do not send enquiry text, names, email addresses or phone numbers to Google Analytics. Advertising features are disabled. Short-lived, hashed abuse-control records are separate from these counts.

Other services

Trial and login links open app.heyding.ae. Payments use Stripe. WhatsApp buttons open WhatsApp, whose own terms and privacy practices apply. Visiting this website does not send a WhatsApp message.

Your choices

Contact the Ding team through the contact page or the listed WhatsApp number to ask about your enquiry, request correction or deletion, or stop further follow-up. Information may need to be retained for an existing transaction or legal obligation.

Scope

This notice covers the marketing website. Account, order and subscription processing is also subject to the information and agreements provided in the app. Updated 29 October 2026.
